What is the process of working with new customers?
AOK Cleaning Service would like to first take an initial walk through of the home to know what the top priorities are for the customer's needs, which will give me a better insight on where I should start cleaning first in order to get the job completed in an efficient & timely fashion.
What education or training do you have that relates to your work?
Accounting which helps with the office side of the business along with over 10 yrs. detailed professional cleaning experience.
What questions should a customer think through before considering hiring a new residentail cleaning company?
First know exactly what their cleaning needs are. Secondly what is included in each service provided by the cleaner. In order to get the job completed right the first time vs not being satisfied with the service provided & having to start the process over with finding the right cleaner that can accommodate the home's needs at hand.
