Policies and Procedures

AOK Cleaning Service  does not use ladders or move items more than 35 pounds to protect our Independent Contractors from injury.  If you would like cleaning behind heavy objects, please move prior to cleaning.

AOK Cleaning Service can provide bleach products only If client requests the use of bleach, AOK Cleaning Service is not responsible for any damage it may cause.

AOK Cleaning Service is not responsible for damage incurred by the improper installation of any object.  All surfaces are assumed sealed.  If you know of any surface not sealed, you must notify us so that we may avoid cleaning the area.

Business Policies

AOK Cleaning Service will charge a $100.00 booking fee for last minute after 12pm same day weekend services.

AOK Cleaning Service does not clean animal cages or litter boxes, animal droppings, human feces, urine, vomit, soiled clothing or other similar biohazards.

AOK Cleaning Service prefers that alarms are kept off for the day of cleaning.  If it must be on and the alarm is triggered, AOK Cleaning Service is not responsible for any fees associated with the  alarm.

AOK Cleaning Service agrees to keep keys and other client information secure and confidential.  Locksmith fees are paid only if AOK Cleaning Service misplace the keys.

AOK Cleaning Service rates are subject to change as the condition of your home changes from the first original estimate. Additional services need to be requested in advance so we can schedule for the additional time and supplies needed.

AOK Cleaning Service Independent Contractors can not work outside of our service for any client of AOK Cleaning Service.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations must be received  24 hrs. prior to scheduled service or a $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied.  This includes instances where we cannot access your home or an employee feels their personal safety is at risk due to an aggressive pet or actions by any individuals on the premises.

AOK Cleaning Service reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.

AOK Cleaning Service contractor job will start once they arrive If the job cant be started there will be a $20.00 hourly wait fee.

AOK Cleaning Service does not accept time specific calls as we can not guarantee specific times accurately.  We reserve the right to cancel scheduled cleanings due to inclement weather, vehicle issues etc...

AOK Cleaning Service requires customers on the arrival day to confirm their appointment once they receive at text, call or email stating that the cleaner is in route to the customers home.

Liability Policies



AOK Cleaning Service and its Independent Contractors agree to provide services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner.  In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against AOK Cleaning Service or its Independent Contractors, unless arising from accidents on the part AOK Cleaning Service.

Every effort is made to be as careful as possible with your items, however, accidents do happen. Items that  are antique, irreplaceable, hard to find, etc. are not covered by our breakage policy.  Please  remove these items. 

If your Appointment scheduled day falls on a major holiday, AOK Cleaning Service will call to reschedule. 

Bad Check Policy:  A $30 fee is assessed on all returned checks.  All fees are due promptly and must be paid via cash or money order only.

Payment Arrangement:  Payment is expected at time of service.  A $20 non-payment fee will apply everyday if payment is not received on scheduled cleaning day. We have the right to discontinue services until payment is made or take further actions by law.

AOK Cleaning Service only provides specific tasks on our checklist anything requested out of our scope will be declined or require additional service fees.

AOK Cleaning Service requires a $50.00 non refundable deposit in order to secure the customers booking slot & to cover the in home estimate. The remaining balance for the service will be due before the service can start.

AOK Cleaning Service will not be responsible for any clothing damaged during the washing of items.

AOK Cleaning Service requires 18 & older required to book only.

AOK Cleaning Service does not provide vacuums or regular mops.

By booking with AOK Service  the client fully understands and agrees to the contents of this agreement
